            I AM WITH PRIME CABLE AND SHOPPERS+ FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. I PLACED LOT OF ORDERS WITH THEM. THIS TIME, I ORDERED THIS ITEMS. TO MY SURPRISE, I GOT THAT PRODUCT ALL BROKEN. I COMPLAIN TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. SHE WAS SO RUDE TO ME. I FINALLY TOLD HER THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. AFTER TEN MINTUES THEY CALLED ME AGAIN AND INFORM ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SEND ONE MORE TO REPLACE THE BROKEN ONE. NOW-A-DAYS, EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT ALL FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY OVERSEAS STAFFS. I DECIDED TO STOP BUYING FROM PRIME CABLE AND SHOPPER+ IF THEY CONTINUE THIS PRACTISE. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. SO USELESS. NOT AT ALL GOOD.
