The product Lexmark 52D0Z00 Remanufactured Black Imaging Unit is working fine but I Ordered On Mar 28, 2026 received the package on Apr 13, 2026. I also ordered some pickup rollers for this printer from China and they arrived before this item. Just saying.

Had a faulty one. Distorting fonts and printing light. Applied for a return and now 123ink.ca is asking 1 question per return email and not believing me or giving me a refund or offering to send a new product. Unbelievable.

Had an issue with one - trying to return was a nightmare.

Had an issue with 1 in about 20 I bought - It did not work at all. Took 3 weeks for 123ink to respond. Then they wanted it back after I had sent proof it did not work. My staff had thrown it out by then.
