Second purchase of this unit. I had a previous version that had mushy buttons, but this one has a more consistent clicky keypad that is much better. Easy to set up, and can program several passwords. Be sure to use alkaline batteries and not rechargables. Batteries (4 AA) seem to last at least 6 months.

This is the 2nd one I have ordered so both my doors will be the same. Works perfect and easy to install and program.

I bought this one thinking it would be as good or better (bigger buttons) than the primecables model before. I found the older model much easier UI. To be fair, I had hardware problems to begin with on this one. Bore hole needs to be at least 1-1/8" dia. I had a pre-made hole at 7/8", yeah there is no way to get a pilot drill that size, took some Macguivering (should have bought new door). Then the lock mechanism, though it does 2-3/4" backset it works best at 2-3/8", deadbolt is shortened greatly and I attribute the unlocking error, I perpetually get to this also. UI doesn't work like instructions say, lights and beeps are not always right, but I figured as long as you just read the instructions and power through the confusing beeps and lights, it still programs. Actually I encourage anyone how is setting this up to cover light and turn off sound because it makes you think you are doing something wrong, even though you did it correctly. P.S. Primecables PLEASE bring back the old model, I honestly would pay $20 more for it than this one, represents your brand quality better than this one.
