Don’t know because I couldn’t figure out how to install it and there were no instructions with it. Help!

Good size, easy installation, great price, but it hangs way too low below the desk. It's too bad - the design seems like it would easily allow for a shorter swivel piece that attaches to the desk, or even an adjustable one, or include multiple sizes, but the current one is way too long and the drawer hangs too low to sit near it and makes it much less discrete if you are going for a minimalist look.
