This arrived broken and I received a full refund very quickly. Customer service staff were friendly and easy to work with on the phone.

Durable and price is right

It is NOT a photo frame! It surely has its uses, but it is too opaque to be used as a "photo" frame. I gave 2 stars just because of the false and misleading information in the product description: - "Clear acrylic frame": The material cannot be described as "clear" with any stretch of imagination. - "8.5 inches wide ...": Not exactly; I put in a standard letter-sized sheet of paper. About a millimetre of it couldn't fit in and left exposed out of the frame.

thick plastic cover hard to remove and hard to insert form. But looks good after all the effort.

Love it
