The reason why purchase this OEM cartridge is that I do not want my printers firmware spoiled by 3rd party cartridge but these cartridges not working in my printer, connected with HP support they said cartridge are original OEM but looks like my printer got damaged and not working. I want to return it but website is not allowing...
