has(had) an Epson WF-3820, used this product to clean one clogged print head(black), then the colors gradually got worse after each cleaning, and eventually, all colors(including black) disappeared. was a waste of time and money for me. I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions, even watched a couple of youtube to warm up the solution and let it sit there for over 1h.
