I found this maintenance box to be in new condition and it was recognized by my printer with no problems. I haven't printed much yet, but so far it works well. This is also the cheapest place I could find it. My only complaint is the shipping time. It took over a week for it to be processed and shipped. My card was charged immediately after purchase and stayed in processing mode for a week then a day of packing and then out for delivery and delivered the same day. I am also considering ordering a few backups to keep on hand so timing isn't an issue.

I like the product just fine, I just wish someone, somewhere would have mentioned that I would have needed an online key in addition to the Ink Maintenance Box to return my printer to functionality. Perhaps consider selling the key as well as the physical product

No issues using this with the Power Cleaning maintenance setting on my Epson Ecotank printer. Solved the problem with my colour ink clogging up.

Works Great, and just want I needed to continue printing.
