J'utilise depuis plusieurs années. Avec mon modèle MFC-J650DW Il a été très important d'enlever la petite pièces noir pour la rendre compatible et reconnu par l'imprimante. Avec le temps les cartouches demande a être remplacer. Vous aller réalisé beaucoup de remplissages. Je croix que l'utilisation d'une encre de qualité médiocre a endommagé mes cartouches. Donc faite l'achat d'encre de qualité.

Used these for about a year, then had trouble with the cyan - printer would recognize when taken out and put back in, but always said there wasn’t enough ink to let it print. Figured out that the little black teeter totter / balance beam / fluid level thing inside was stuck (hard to tell with cyan ‘cause the ink is so dark - take out the yellow and rock the cartridge back and forth front to back and you will see the thing move - front end of it is inside a window the printer is reading). I plugged both the holes so the ink wouldn’t run out, turned it upside down and rapped it on a table top and that freed it, now it reads full. Not sure that was the problem, but seems to have worked. But now I’m covered in so much cyan I look like a Smurf. Oh well. :)

It didn't work. The printer didn't recognize the cartridge.

The printer could not detect cartridges no matter what I did. Useless a complete waste of money.

Didn’t get the item I ordered, and customer service has been glacially slow to resolve the issue. Will never make another order with this company.
