Absolutely awesome customer service. I bought the product over a year and a half ago. I lost this difficult to source fitting and Shopper Plus check that their warehouse to see if they had any. They did! Reasonably priced and shipped immediately. Good customer service is so rare in Canada these days and I'm glad to see that this Canadian organization is Best in Class.

Works great had it for a year so far , the handheld coil of been of better quality rather then plastic.

Bought in March. It was hard to install and had to modify plumbing. 2 months later LED lighting stopped working. Wrote customer service in May and they never replied. Wrote again today hoping they reply as a 2 month old product should not stop working. I also work during the hours customer service is open and can only call on weekends and they are not open.

Vraiment genial

Very slick looking , looks very elegant when using with the LED lights all lit. This shower column is great for a shower renovation project or some plumbing adjustments is necessary if you are not renovating. I recommend this product.
