Reçu le 26 Nov. 2021 comme réserve. Début d'utilisation fin mai 2022. Après environ 200 feuilles imprimées, mon Macbook m'indique vide . Enlevée et réinstallée et toujours vide. J'ai écrit 2 fois (chat) et pour une retour et aucune réponse. Est-ce une cartouche défectueuse (Moustache). Merci et espérant une réponse. Yves Perron 514 755 8131

Bonjour, acheté le 26 Nov. 2021, installé vers le 15 juillet 2022, après 4 semaine d'utilisation, soit environ 100 copies mon ordi affichait vide. j'ai enlevé la cartouche et ré-installer et toujours le même message. l'imprimante n'imprimait plus. Installé une cartouche Xerox usagée d'origine et tout fonctionne. Est-ce possible que le temps en l'achat et l'installation aurait pu causé ce trouble. Merci et bonne journée Yves Perron
