I placed the order over two weeks ago, with a initially stated shipping time of 2 days. However, in an email received after the order, the delivery time was changed to 1 week. Despite that, it hasn't arrived. After an additional week of delay, it still hasn't arrived. They won't allow me to cancel, and they are not addressing my issue. Furthermore, they are avoiding providing me with an exact delivery date. They seem to misunderstand that this relates to a newborn baby, and the potential harm caused by the delay.

I got the item 2 hours ago, almost for 2 hours I am trying to lock the frame, it is not working at all. I think this product has a manufacturer design defect. It is supposed to lock very easy with an easy push, but I tried hundred times, both side is the same, It is a nice item and it can be useful for sure, but the frame locks are not working at all. I will return the item for sure.
