Either the "ready" light is broken, or it's so dim it may as well be broken. Can't be bothered to exchange it over that. The trimmer pieces don't work particularly well, but they don't really get used so no big deal. Other than that it laminates well.

very good product. the only thing that kinda bothers me is , one of the corners would sometimes get bent (no way to control it as it is all slowly going through the rollers).... and when it comes out, the bent corner is heat set so can't really straighten it anymore

So far, so good. Time will tell how long it lasts.
