Only lasted 6 months, not even 1000 pages. Surprisingly short life span for an OEM toner cartridge. I have previously owned Samsung and HP laser printers and never seemed to experience this issue. Maybe I made a mistake buying this model/brand...

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the Lexmark 20N10K0 Original Black Return Program Toner Cartridge. Please note that this cartridge has a standard page yield of 1,500 pages, based on 5% coverage per industry standards. The actual number of pages printed depends on the coverage of each printout. If you are printing full pages (100% page yield) you significantly reduce the yield to approximately 50 pages. Thank you for your understanding and have a nice day.

Arrived as promised and works as expected - with regards to the product - no issue HOWEVER, there was an expectation that Shoppers would include a return shipping so you can actually do what is advertised ie return the old cartridge as part of the "Return Program" which, when I called, I was advised doesn't exist. False advertising and blatant green washing!
