I was really excited about this stand and at first the install seemed fine, but then one of the main screws literally came off in my hand and I couldn’t attach one of the screen arms at all. Basically, I had to improvise like MacGyver just to keep it working. Definitely not what I expected, and it ended up being more hassle than it was worth. It’s a real shame that one tiny screw can render the whole mount half-useless. If that piece fails, the entire arm just can’t do its job. Hopefully, the manufacturer can improve that weak link in the future.
