Squeaky and loose. I have installed and used lot's of these wall mounts. They have been great! I had 2 brand new spares that I installed today. 1 of them, brand new from the box is squeaky when moved and loose. none of the other ones were like this. Item is past the 1 year warranty, so I can't make a claim. Disappointed that it would be defective like this, but all the others have been great. Overall, factoring in the price, they are still decent and worth buying.
