It works, but it is backing peel to stick... unlike the picture would seem to show, also the glow is more subtle than I would have liked to see, seems to stick well and it's thick, so you either need sharp strong teeth or scissors to cut it, extremely hard to stretch apart by hand.

The orange is not as glow in the dark as the green one.
