The magnets are weak and the magnet strips have a weak adhesive. All the ones I installed are laying on the floor.

Attached the magnets to the cable channel per instructions, but have never managed to have the magnets stick to the metal channel. Thing keeps falling off. Guess this is a classic case of you get what you pay for :/

The magnet is stronger than the glue on the magnetic trips and falls right off

I bought 3 for my standing desk. They were working fine for a while then the c channel/block (the unit you stick the magnetic adhesive strip to) just falls off from magnetic adhesive strip while leaving the magnetic strip still attach to the standing desk frame. Happened to all 3 of mine units, you can try to stick the magnetic strip back on to the block but they just fall off after few hours till the strip no longer sticks. Not sure if they are from a bad batch or something. Other people seem to be satisfy with it.

The weight of the column is too much and because of that after some point, the magnets stays with the table but the column (C shape block) starts sliding down (as in photo). Sometimes the block will fall without any notice (including the magnet strips). The block itself is sturdy and heavy metal.
