the quality is good. it's ergonomic and comfortable. I love the adjustment option in the back . but the seater is too small for a big man. it is very hard to find a chair for a tall person in north America! I had to return my previous purchase bcz of this reason. Then I chose this one which the seater dimensions is bigger but still small for a tall person. Anyway , comfortable enough to keep it.

Great office chair, I would love to be able to move more the arms and the mesh is plastic. But so far I like it

Great chair! I used to have a Teknion Contessa, which is MUCH higher quality (and way more expensive!). I wanted the leg rest function, so I bought this chair. I was astonished that although the materials are not as premium as my great Teknion Contessa chair (which is made of solid, die-casted steel, etc.), this chair is still really good quality! I love the mesh, which is pretty much as good as the Teknion Contessa, and the leg rest is awesome! I use it regularily. In addition I love the head rest. One regret: the back seat adjustment is a gimmick, because it does not have fine enough tuning. I only use it when I watch a movie / to lay back. I unfortunately cannot use it to actually fix the angle of the chair, and I always feel like I am a bit too bended forward, without the possibility of being able to adjust it more back (if I doo, it is too far back). Despite the small problem I mentioned, for this price, it is the best investment you can make for your bucks as far as an office chair goes! (I would have put 4.5 stars but the website only allows either 4 or 5 stars) Also it seem very sturdy and I am sure I will keep it for many, many years.
