I ordered black slides I received stainless steel.... Does not match what my client wanted. I reported the matter as this was the second time, and I found out after the items were shipped the Caribbean. The company simply sent return labels to send them back. They took no responsibility, especially when sending them back were financially impossible .

Got the wrong colour

The rails do work well. Installing the rails took time and patience as I am not a carpenter and had to learn how to do it from YouTube. Some of the bearings fell out of the slides and had to be reinserted. These rails do soft close but do not have the auto-close feature.

Those will be used for heavy drawers and they give all indication that it's gonna handle it well and some more
