Regarding this Computer Desk, it's top-notch. To make the table lower for a more ergonomic seating -1. Raise your chair or 2. if you have a stationary chair, remove the castors from the desk. I had the opportunity to actually see this desk in person at my friend's. Before I picked this I looked up many others. I needed something narrow for this small wall space. I really like it and i decided to not even put a chair at it and leave it in stand up mode full time. But it can easily be lowered to sit down mode. I like that there's a higher level for a screen or laptop.
