    I got this to go with my sit stand desk and am very happy. Even with a carpeted floor, this mat helps my whole legs from my feet to my hips. If I’m not using it while standing, I notice quickly. The mat is a nice thickness and the textured elements make switching standing in multiple positions easy

      The quality is good, cushion thinkness is at the desired level, I don't feel tired after many hours of standing on this mat for taking my online classes.
