Lots of issues with this one so far, but it does work. I've gotten it to print stuff that isn't completely scratchy but the defaults don't work well. Setting the 'density' in the app's hamburger menu to max seems to help with the scratchy print. Some other issues: - When plugged in, it makes a high pitch squeal so I'm guessing the electronic parts are pretty cheaply made - The app QR doesn't work (it does exist on the play store though) - The app likes to spam error messages and has a very limited set of default fonts/functionality - The print length specified in the app is not the length that comes out (there's an extra 10mm margin, and it can't be compensated for in app because it will clip the text)

Très bon produit,mais manque d’informations sur l’utilisation ( mode d’emploi difficile à trouver et complexe) . C’est une première fois que j’ai de la difficulté avec un produit de SHOPPERS. Après plusieurs recherches sur internet,je n’ai pas réussi à comprendre le fonctionnement ( je me considère pourtant avec une intelligence dans la moyenne).

The printing darkness is inconsistent and the app is adding extra numbers to the barcode making it useless for what i bought it for.

Pas trop fier de cet achat. L'appareil a un bon look mais les instructions font pitié et il est très-très difficile d'ajuster la grosseur des caractères, de choisir la police et de régler la longueur de l'étiquette. Classé dans : gadget qui peut apprendre à sacrer.

the concept is ok, the fact their app is not on the Google playstore is worrisome and didn't make it user friendly and, unless this is a setting or something, it wastes a lot of ribbon on each print. we also end up with a lot of excess waste after it's printed. my wife likes the ability to customize the stickers to done extent but the waste of ribbon is one of the biggest drawbacks.
