    Horrible the printer won’t let me use It is useless buy. For me It says I am not using real HP cartridges

      Don't waste your money. Two of the 5 cartridges I ordered had defective chips that caused my printer to malfunction to the point of being bricked. And while tech support was as helpful as they could be, I'm only being refunded for the two defective cartridges because they won't take back the opened ones. Now that I'm likely going to have to buy a new printer, does anyone need a couple of open box cartridges? Never used...

        It didn't work this time, so it's a waste of money. That's what I get for trying to save a buck . :(

          Thank you for your review. Please keep in mind that HP updates their printers every 3 months, and if the printer has been updated, our cartridges may not be compatible anymore. I will send you an email to find a solution for you!
