    I took the LIVINGbasics® Digital Medical Thermometer because sometimes a family needs 2 thermometers. When compared with a more expensive thermometer, the temperature was the same, only the time was slightly longer. I am satisfied with the purchase.

      I tested this thermometer by measuring my body temp twice, once oral and once under the armpit. Both showed a reading of only 35.4, not the normal 37...I don't think it's accurate because I always run hot. I don't trust the readings so it's not useful to me.
