        Je viens d'ouvrir la boite et de sortir la cartouche de l'emballage et j ai enlevé le ruban blanc. Elle est neuve. Je l'installe dans l'imprimante et c'est vide. vide C'est plus pâle que la cartouche que je viens de changer. C'est la première fois qu'une telle chose m'arrive.
