Great purchase at a great price when on sale. I bought this as a present for my wife. She loves it. With the pulsing and the heat it helping to relieve the neck tension that she feels from time to time. My mother-in-law tried it as well and she liked it as well. It's great to have the ability to adjust the pulsing and heat settings both on the neck messager and with the wireless remote. Overall, you can't go wrong buying this neck messager for anyone who needs some relief from neck aches and pains.

So far so good. I am recovering from neck surgery and for the first 6-8 weeks, I am not allowed to do any exercises for the neck muscles. Ergonomic pillow does not help either. My physiotherapist uses ultrasound and IFC to help me and he told me that TENS machine is for superficial pain. I got this to use at home to relieve the tension and stiff muscles around my neck and shoulders. It seems to help. I wish there is an LED display to show the level of intensity and type of massage.

Absolutely love, very effective!

This massager is really relaxing, I love trying the different modes and different intensities. Good battery life so far.
