Instructions are picture only and have yet to figure out how to attach lumbar support to upper back section. Reasonable quality for the price point.

The worst is the CERO support from this vendor; Sent 2 emails and they completly ignore me; Next you will see a message here from them saying " oh, sorry, call us, we will fix it", NOT a serious vendor,
