Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the automatic soap dispenser. We're truly sorry the package didn't include clear instructions explaining which dispensing head is for which use — that's frustrating, and we've shared this with our product team so we can make the setup much clearer. If you'd like more help, our Customer Support team is here for you: Live Chat or 1-866-979-7463, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. We've also sent you an email — please check your inbox. We look forward to having you back. — Shopper+ Customer Care. This reply was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.
