I've had the solar panel in sunlight for over a month, and it doesn't charge beyond 2 bars (there are 4 bars in total, the highest charge I get is 3rd bar continually flashing for weeks). I had assumed that even on less sunny days, it would gradually charge up to 4 bars (full). As result, I don't get as much electronic-light-run-time on this as stated (full charge is 6-8h, I get closer to 2h). For this reason, I don't recc this, but it's at least something, if you have a blackout?
