High quality like other OXO products, easy to use and very helpful in cleaning the hard to reach places in our home

This item is one of the best ideas ever, and it works really well. It helps that it is adjustable to almost any angle you could need, and it's easy to use.

I wanted to love this, especially considering the name brand - Oxo, I am horribly disappointed in this product - it does not work. It will not extend & retract because there is no way to lock it in place at any length making it 100% unusable. Please understand that this is in no way the fault of Shopper +. I'm only giving this one maple leaf because there is no option for zero.

I like this. But wish it would extend longer to reach the really tall ceilings
