I love the product. Low rating is due to how the order was handled by Shopper+. Orders usually come within 6 days. After waiting more than 2 weeks, I reached out to customer service. I was told the product was back ordered. Shopper+ didn't notify me of this and charged me. It's their policy. Customers shouldn't be charged until the product ships. Finally rec'd the product after almost 2 months.

Very nice scent. Unfortunately, didn't work very well in my water (very horrible quality of water).

J'aime ce savon à lessive, il est doux avec un parfum léger. Le seul bémol, j'achète en boîte pour recharger ma bouteille de plastique, le bec laisse sortir un trop petit jet et ça prend une éternité à remplir. J'ai du sortir la poche et la compresser pour que sa sorte plus vite.
