Both defective and in an already opened package, and I do not seem to be able to get a refund.

This electric blanket did not heat up at max temp and timer settings, only felt warm to the touch. Laid out flat on top of bed and couch for testing, no difference. Folded up the blanket in half, the bottom section heated up but not the top, when unfolded the temperature fell back down to before. The controller may be defective, so will request an exchange. Also, the blanket is made of a slippery material, so does not stay in place while sitting up.

ça fonctionner 4 soirs at apres ca plus rien la couverture n'as jamais chauffer j'ai tout essayer connecter déconnecter et rien je ne recommande pas cette couverture du tout

broke with less than a month of usage... i woulda loved it for its price but it broke
