Quality is good, however design is not so good for heavy long cell phones (iphone X). The cell does not sit far down enough - i.e. the cross point should be higher when cell is in the bracket. Hence, the holder and cell keeps falling over when placed into the vent which is annoying when driving. To fix, I need to wedge something on the bottom into the vent to keep it propped up.

Build quality is not good.

It's pretty good, quality is low and if you want to mount it on air air vent and your phone is big you could run into some trouble
