Bought that to, among other things, charge our cell phones and tablet. Received it on january 5. Doesn't charge if the device is on. Contacted customer service. One week later, no message back.

So far good. Item was not shrink wrapped.

Shipping was fast, that's about the good thing about it. I bought this as a replacement for my multi card reader, but there's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT in the description. Description says SD Card and TF (MicroSD) card can be used simultaneously but that's a bold face lie - you can use EITHER the microSD slot or the regular SD slot and the computer will only detect as a single driver (whichever gets inserted first). The USB-C also feels a bit too stiff and I worry about it damaging my port. Overall I bought it for a function that it didn't even have. Very disappointed.

If I connect my Dell monitor directly, I can control all monitor features from within laptop. If I connect same monitor via this hub, that feature goes away.

Unfortunately, this hub did not work on my Lenovo business laptop. My work laptop has restrictions on USB keys and the hub is recognized as a USB key, therefore I was not able to plug in my mouse and keyboard and have that work. Further, the HDMI connection doesn't work as well, although I'm not sure how related this is to my computer's restrictions. Perhaps more of the connections would work on a personal laptop...
