Stopped passing power after 15 months

Has a quiet buzzing sound. Not bad for an office but annoying in a bedroom.

Not great compared to other USB-C hubs (like Anker), I had to constantly disconnect one or both HDMI cables or even the power supply to this hub before my laptop would recognise that a monitor(s) was connected or being charged.

The cable that plugs in the computer is way too short and quite loose. It keeps disconnecting from the computer. I got this so I don't have to manually plug every thing to the laptop when I am home, but it is kind of useless as I need to connect it again and again from the computer as the monitor shut's down and the mouse stop working. I was thinking of getting a second monitor to plug directly in the laptop, but I changed my mind as this hub will not get use anymore.

Keyboard and mouse is working, but HDMI and VGA isn't connecting to my monitors...
