Sur les deux cartouches couleur que j'ai recu une des deux ne fonctionne pas. il n'y a pas de bleu lorsque j'imprime qu'est-ce que l'on fait avec cela. C'est très désagréable

Maybe I got a dud but the colour one did not work for my MX532. I had unusable output, so switched back to OEM. I might give the remans another try in the future but I just don't have time to deal with returns and technical hassles. Never had a single issue with OEMs.

When I used this ink, the prints started having streak lines on the colored pages and ruined the papers. I never had this problem before when I used the original cartridge. The print also didn't come out in the right colors and appeared lighter than I wanted it to be. Overall, I was not impressed with it.

Je n'ai jamais reçu la cartouche d'encre que j'ai commandé no de la 40610826 et payé avec ma carte de crédit. C"est la première fois que je commande de Shopper+ à la suggestion de mon mari d'y ouvrir mon propre comte. Pourtant, depuis des années, mon mari a acheté pour plusieurs milliers de $ voir son compte (jr.houle@gmx.com).

I give this a 0 for product it exploded when I installed in my printer ruining my printer. When I called customer service they weren’t very helpful to be honest could care Jess my $400 printers ruined because this ink they sold me which was obviously defective. They did offer a refund for the ink. But still doesn’t compensate for the loss of my printer now I am stuck buying a new printer. I would not recommend this ink ! Picture shown after I wiped up most of the mess but u can see the ink was everywhere
