Évaluation ZÉRO! Le drum le fonctionne pas!!!! Je veux etre remboursé. 36$ plus taxes pour rien. Je vais devoir acheter l’original. Pas cher et ça vaut pas cher le drum. Même après avoir suivi les instructions pour faire l’installation du drum; l’imprimante indique toujours de remplacer le drum???? Please reimburse me or send me one that works. Merci

we were sent a different drum that does not fit in the printer. The DR730A is not the same as the DR730. we ordered the DR730 combo but got a DR730A. now having an issue to get the correct drum we ordered.
