It is so easy to put on and take a roll of paper towels. There is no handle to remove.

Great product, solid, doesn't move when you pull the paper towels. Really love the bottom of the base, heavy, doesn't tip and got a solid plastic bottom that won't scratch your counter

Middle is Plastic and not quite as heavy as expected but rhat is ok
