Wow, bought this on a Black Friday sale at Shoppers Plus and couldn't be happier. I am not too computer savvy, but I loaded in the printer drivers easily from the instructions on the Xerox site. The printer works perfect, clean, crisp printing. It is our home printer so will not get used like in an office, but I am sure it could handle it. My Wife loves to be able to print recipes from her laptop directly to the printer. The scan works also, another feature this printer has over that of our defunct Brother laser printer. Very happy!

Good printers, well enough I swapped them out for what we were using before. The only complaint has been that the software, by default asks to confirm EVERY print job (or wait 10sec to auto-confirm). I took some figuring, but there is a setting to change so that it just prints when you press print in the program. (*in screenshot - orange highlighted is time to confirm -default is 10sec and can be set down to 5sec. if you select the yellow highlighted section it will print immediately)

No issues 3 months in, no errors or jams. I especially love that the printers come with their own CD for driver install (but I guess that only matters if you have a CD drive still...) I guess that makes me old fashioned
