Impressed with the quality so far for the price. The only thing I can say is that the instructions never mention explicitly that you must unscrew a nut to have the monitor tilt forward and backward, and the key provided with the package isn't the right size (so it's not super intuitive to understand that you're supposed to loosen it). But once you understand it, you can tight the nut if you don't need the screen to constantly tilt and it stays in place.

Good product, easy to install. The one part I am not too crazy about is the adjustment of the screen after the screen is on the mount. The screw controlling the tension of the full motion is not accessible once the screen is mounted. If it does become loose it you will have to remove the screen to re-tighten it.
