Item was as described/priced well, delivery time was unacceptable, will not order again.

Printer works great but customer service and set up app is very bad. Couldn't get the setup app to work so had to do it manually which was awkward. Couldn't talk to anyone that was fluent in English. Downloads from Xerox website using Safari didn't wok, finally got them using Chrome.
