Les avis sont bons pour cette imprimante mais de mon côté, je crois être tombée sur un citron. J'ai eu un excellent service de la part de l'équipe Shopper+.

Trop dispendieux, je l'ai vu sur un autre site d'achat à 60$ au lieu de 100$. De plus l'App pou wifi sur mobile ne foncionne pas, elle se ferme automatiquement dès qu'on l'ouvre.

There is a software glitch in the printer which makes it incompatible with printing emails from Hotmail. Customer service both from 123 Ink cartridges and from manufacturer was terrible and they still have not gotten back to me with a solution.

There was no mention of manual feed in the advertising or description so it wasn't till I had the printer set up that I discovered that manual feed was impossible with this unit. For MY needs this unit is completely useless. That being said, the unit is compact as advertised and seems to be a decent printer for everyday use. I wish now that I could resell it or return it for a printer I could use.

Its power cord did not connect .... I had to get a different one to connect it. Its cartridge went empty after printing odd 50 pages. It loses its wireless connectivity while printing, and it makes a lot of noise and takes a lot of time before printing 1st page. Unfortunately, lost all the excitement and motivation to use it. What is the process for me to ship it back free of charge and obtain my refund? Thanks,
