Not a bad printer, for the price. Very loud printer. Warning lights flash randomly, not sure what they mean. Manual is completrely useless.

Does not last very long, and stops working before toner runs out (probably due to chip). May be ok for home use, but doesn't last long enough for small office use. I am not liking this Pantum printer, and will probably switch to an Epson EcoTank B&W instead.

After MUCH struggling, I managed to get the printer to connect to my phone via the app. It's MUCH slower and MUCH less reliable (in terms of connecting) than my HP was. Frankly, it's hit-and-miss. I have yet to get it to connect to my Windows 10 desktop. Error upon error when installing and Windows Update does NOT have a driver available for it. Frankly, a nightmare!

seem to have issue with paper pickup if tray is not pushed all the way in and there is no lock mechanism with tray position. Will have to see

I do not like printing graphics with this printer, however if you just need to print documents the price is right.
