Everything, including the price, is good. However, I wouldn't say I liked that when we poured full water into a thermo, it leaked from the lid edges. Please make any modifications to this product to avoid this.

it works well but it builds a rust ring within the first few times using it on the bottom. We use bottled waters with it at the office.

I expected more. The base does not fit flush with the bottom, meaning there is a slight rocking effect...
