Nice quality monitor arm. Only complaint is that the landscape-portrait rotation is extremely difficult to do, like I'm afraid it will damage the monitor or desk due to the force required. Unlike the other joints this one cannot be made looser since it's a rivet type connection. I suppose that a handy person could drill it out and replace with low-profile bolt/nut, but that would void the warranty. If you regularly rotate your monitors between landscape and portrait I don't recommend this model (Note: I only bought one of these, so it's possible that it's an atypical defect.) Otherwise I'm satisfied with the arm.
