The actual product is a great value and works very well for my needs. What they could do better is their documentation. Examples: Drilling template, guidance on where to anchor base plate to insure the arm will cover the range you require. The lack of this value added info was not sufficient to reduce my rating as 5 star. My point is that the customer should carefully plan out their placement before drilling holes in their walls.

Best adjustable mount for the price. Same quality or better than the mounts that are 2x the price. Super flexible and easy to adjust. Definitely recommend buying multiple single arms vs. a triple arm if you want your monitors positioned perfectly.
