Works perfectly. Used the grommet mount on a riser stand and monitors can be adjusted in seconds and stay in place without having to adjust tension settings.

Using this on top of a dual monitor setup.

It takes some effort to line the monitors up and get just the right amount of tension in the arms but once it is done it works fine. I mounted these on a desktop sit/stand.
