Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with these sealed lead acid batteries — we're glad to hear they seem to hold a charge well. We're sorry your UPS didn't get along with them and that they didn't quite earn a full five stars, and we've shared your feedback with our product team so we can look into compatibility. If you'd like more help, our Customer Support team is here for you: Live Chat or 1-866-979-7463, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. We've also sent you an email — please check your inbox. We look forward to having you back. — Shopper+ Customer Care. This reply was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.
