I probably spent close to an hour putting the drum together (so many little nuts and bolts) Then it came time to put the frame together which was very easy, I noticed the main axle the drum spins on was not in the package. I ended up using an old metal broom handle as the axle. I'm still very happy with it overall

just assembled, it was easy . The only thing I don't like is the input output window goes at the bottom. I was expecting the center of weight designed so that the window always comes on the side. no big deal..

This composter is a little challenging to put together. I had to take it apart three times before I got it all put together correctly. Once I did get it together it works well. The bar down the middle is getting material caught on it that I add to the composter and I don't know how that will affect the breakdown of the materials - time will tell. Overall it is a good composter.
